Our Family Membership allows up to 3 people from the same household, including juniors aged 12–15 when accompanied by a parent or guardian, to train at Gym HQ.

Junior access rules (ages 12–15)

• Must be supervised at all times
• A Junior PAR-Q, waiver and parent consent must be completed
